Disclaimer
Last updated 12 August 2026 · Version 2.0
This Disclaimer applies to all content on freemove.work, including country pages, guides, the Resources blog, and anything we publish on social media. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern any service we provide to you.
1. We are not a government agency
1.1 Freemove is a private immigration consultancy. We are not a government agency, a public authority, or an embassy or consulate. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, appointed by, or acting on behalf of any government.
1.2 We have no ability to influence, expedite or overturn a decision, to secure an appointment slot outside the normal process, or to obtain any preferential treatment. Anyone claiming otherwise — including anyone claiming to act in our name — is not acting for us. See our Anti-Fraud & Scam Warning.
1.3 Paying us does not pay any government fee. Government and authority fees are separate, are set by those bodies, and are payable through their own official channels or by us on your behalf in limited cases.
1.4 You can always deal with an immigration authority yourself, without a consultant. Our services are optional. We charge for preparation, guidance and administration — not for access.
1.5 Our registered entities and their registry numbers are listed on our Legal Entities page so that you can verify us independently.
2. Nothing here is legal advice
2.1 Content on this Website is general information about immigration processes. It is not legal advice, and it is not advice about your circumstances.
2.2 Immigration outcomes depend on your nationality, immigration history, family situation, finances, employment and the policy in force on the day your application is considered. General information cannot account for these, and two people reading the same page may face entirely different requirements.
2.3 Reading this Website, downloading a guide, or submitting the consultation form does not create a client relationship. A relationship arises only under a signed Service Agreement, as set out in clause 8 of our Terms & Conditions.
2.4 Where a destination country regulates who may give immigration advice, we act only within what we are permitted to do there, and otherwise through a licensed local partner. See clause 5 of our Terms & Conditions.
3. No guaranteed outcome
3.1 Decisions on visas, permits, residence and citizenship are made by government authorities exercising their own discretion. We cannot guarantee any outcome, and nothing on this Website should be read as a promise of one.
3.2 Rules, quotas and fees change, sometimes without notice and sometimes while an application is pending. A route that is open when you read a page may be closed by the time you apply.
3.3 We do not offer a money-back guarantee, and we would encourage you to treat any provider that guarantees approval with real caution.
4. Country data: salaries, processing times and demand
Our country pages show indicative figures to help you compare destinations at a glance. Please read them for what they are.
| What we show | What it means | What it does not mean |
|---|---|---|
| Average salary | A broad indicative range for the country generally | A salary you will be offered, or a minimum you can rely on |
| Processing time | A typical range for routine cases at the time of writing | A deadline, a commitment, or a prediction for your case |
| Demand | Our general impression of labor-market conditions | A measure of your prospects, or of approval likelihood |
4.1 These figures are indicative, are not personalized, and are not warranted to be accurate, complete or current. They are compiled from public sources and our own experience, and they are not a forecast.
4.2 Salary ranges vary enormously by role, sector, region, experience and language ability. The figure shown is not an offer, a guarantee of earnings, or a representation that work at that level is available to you.
4.3 Processing times are set by authorities and fluctuate with caseload, seasonality, completeness of the file and factors specific to your nationality. Delays beyond a stated range are common and are not a failure on our part.
4.4 The demand indicator is a general editorial assessment, not a statistic, and it carries no methodology you should rely on.
4.5 Figures are reviewed periodically and were last updated on 12.08.2026. Do not rely on them for any irreversible decision — ask us, or check the official source, before acting.
5. We are not a recruiter or employer
5.1 We do not offer employment, guarantee a job offer, or act as an employment agency, unless we have expressly told you otherwise in writing.
5.2 Salary information on this Website is context for comparing destinations, not an indication that we will find you work at that level.
6. Service statements and response times
6.1 Statements such as an adviser responding within one business day are service targets, not contractual commitments, and do not form part of any agreement unless repeated in your Service Agreement.
7. Guides, blog and published materials
7.1 Articles in Resources reflect the position we understood to apply when written. We do not undertake to update them, and older material may be out of date.
7.2 Checklists, templates and sample documents are illustrative starting points, not a substitute for advice on your own file.
8. Translations
8.1 Where content is offered in more than one language, translations are provided for convenience. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version reflects our intended meaning — except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
8.2 Please raise anything that reads oddly in your language rather than relying on it.
9. External links and official registries
9.1 We link to government sites and official registries so you can verify information, and us, at source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.
9.2 Where an official source and this Website disagree, the official source governs. Always.
9.3 A link is not an endorsement, and does not imply any relationship between us and the linked organization.
10. Examples, testimonials and case studies
10.1 Any client examples, testimonials or case outcomes we publish describe individual past matters. Immigration cases turn on their own facts, and a past outcome is not an indication of what will happen in yours.
10.2 Examples are published with consent and may be anonymized or have details altered to protect privacy.
11. Availability of our services
11.1 We do not provide services in every country, and the countries listed on this Website are destinations we cover — not a statement that we can assist every applicant from every nationality on every route.
11.2 We may be unable or unwilling to act where sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering obligations or our own policies apply. We may decline any enquiry without giving reasons.
12. Status of this notice
12.1 This Disclaimer does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12.2 Subject to that, our liability is as set out in clause 16 of our Terms & Conditions.
12.3 If any part of this Disclaimer is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
